Expect a reply within a few days. There is no contact form, no ticket system, and no newsletter — writing to that address is the whole process.
Things Worth Reporting
- A word is missing, or should not be there
- Our lists come from a curated dictionary, and it is not perfect. If a valid word is missing from a list, or one is listed that you do not think belongs, tell us the word and the page you saw it on. This is the most useful kind of report we get.
- Something is broken
- A board that will not accept a guess, a keyboard that stops responding, a page that renders wrong on your phone. Include your browser and device if you can — most layout bugs are specific to one combination.
- A daily answer looks wrong
- Our Wordle and Connections answer pages update automatically each morning. If a date shows the wrong solution, tell us the puzzle number and we will correct the archive.
- Content or rights concerns
- If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, or you have spotted content that does not belong on a general-audience site, write to us and we will review it promptly.
- Privacy requests
- Questions about what we store, or a request relating to your data under GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA. See the privacy policy first — it covers most of what people ask.
About the Site
Infinite Wordle is an independent project, not a company and not a team. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The New York Times Company, which owns the Wordle brand and runs the official daily puzzle. We use the colour-coded guessing mechanic because word-deduction games long predate Wordle, but we make no claim on the name.
If you are writing about something the site got wrong, that independence is the useful part: there is no support queue to escalate through — the person who can fix it is the person reading your mail. More background on the about page.
